OK, it looks like yesterday you had three snacks? Don't do that! Space out your snacks the way they're written here. It sounds like you did a good job yesterday, though.

-2 eggs (one whole, one eggwhite)
Snack
Veggie tray
Yogurt
4 almonds
Lunch
-1/2 can tuna with laughing cow OR piece of chicken (small) with cheese and tomato
-Garden salad
-4 almonds
Snack
-TLC bar
-1/2 grapefruit
-4 almonds
Dinner
-Salmon (grilled)
-Salad
followed menu today except no straw at breakfast ..had 6 straw instead of tlc at 3pm....also had 3 pepperocini at dinner.......thx jenni.......i feel my temptaion level rising sincwe ive been stuck aroun 240 for 2weeks
ReplyDeletemonday labor day.....very surprised to see weight drop from 237.5 to 235...especially afyer late night snack last nite of sashimi at sawa on my way to pik up bianca at long branch...i was ravenous and ther was no wawa....anyway,,,today had 1/2 gtapefruit at 11:30 followed by egg, cheese and turkey bacon sandwich on toast with 4 almonds ....at 2pm had kashi bar....having dindin tonite at with fr jarek ..will do salad salad....
