-TLC Kashi Bar

-Applebees karaoke and your favorite dish without the sauce and cheese ! :)
still 233 ..didnt have time to buy straw...had extra veggie tray at 5pm and plain slamon burger for dinner ...ill try to bed early to avoid temptation..this is for friday btw..all elsehe same
