-1/2 grapefruit
-TLC Kashi bar
Hi Jen, Sorry to report I gained a pound this morning....followed everything so far and am in middle of lunch...sandwich was outrageous...i really enjoyed the greek yogurt with almonds, berries and splenda last nite...my resistance to healthy foods is changing and i feel confident i can continue on the road succesfully....god bless you my princess..love dada
ReplyDeletegreat to hear dad! except i'm sorry about the pound -- it might be water retention, but it might also be the amount of chicken you ate last night. any time you have meat / protein it should only be about the size of the palm of your hand or a deck of cards. what would you say it was last night?
