Hi Dad! Here is the menu for today -- up until dinner so you can have a nice but SENSIBLE dinner out if you want! Remember-- add a salad and go for the veggies and protein first!
Breakfast- 9am
- coffee
- grapefruit or orange
- omelet with egg whites, mushrooms, and green and red peppers
You can find the egg white mix in the bottom door of the fridge - just put 3/4 cup of it in a microwaveable bowl and cut the mushrooms and peppers in small slices and microwave for three minutes or until the eggs are cooked through. Add a little salt and pepper and eat!
Or maybe mom can make it for you if she is not busy! Tell her to use PAM only and no cheese!
If not , have a Syntrax nectar shake !
-Also add a handful of walnuts, almonds and pecans!
Snack
Green tea
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 packet Splenda/ truvia
1 tablespoon Chia seeds
Lunch
- turkey OR one can of tuna w/ mustard on two slices of 40 calorie bread
-piece of fruit - banana, apple, orange or grapefruit - you choose
-walnuts, almonds, pecans (handful)
- broccoli and green and red peppers with 1 tablespoon hummus
Snack
-celery sticks
-broccoli
-peppers
-1 tablespoon hummus
-1/2 cup of rice mixture Bianca made for dinner last night
Before dinner
-Bring a blender bottle of NECTAR with you on the ride to AC so you can drink it on the way and not overeat at dinner!
DINNER
-something reasonable and yummy with a big salad
