Hey dad, here is the menu for tomorrow. If there is anything you can't find available in the kitchen just let me know and I will help you find a substitute.
Breakfast
-Omelette in the microwave:
- 3/4 cup eggwhites
- broccoli
- red pepper
- tomato (if we have it)
-season with a little salt, pepper, and garlic, parsley, any seasoning from the spice cabinet you'd like
-grapefruit or orange
-handful of almonds, walnuts, pecans (about 5 of each)
-coffee
Snack
- Drink 1/2 of the blender bottle shake (syntrax nectar)
- Banana
-Broccoli, red pepper and 1 tablespoon of hummus
-6 almonds
-green tea / coffee
-water
Lunch
- 1/4 cup Bianca's rice
- Wawa chef salad, low fat balsamic vinegar dressing if they have it (must have under 50 calories, no higher than 4 grams sugar) - if not, steal a handful of lemon juice packets near the splenda as dressing and season with salt and pepper
-big glass of water
-celery, red pepper, carrots (skip the hummus)
-another big glass of water
Snack
-Drink rest of blender bottle shake (syntrax nectar)
-Kashi bar (Chia)
-Broccoli, red pepper, and 1 tablespoon of hummus
-6 almonds
Dinner
- Big bowl of salad (lettuce from fridge, 3 stalks celery, red peppers, broccoli, tomato, cucumbers)
-Top with 6 small slices of turkey
- 1/4 cup of Bianca's rice
- season salad with 2 tablespoons of salsa
-sprinkle handful of nuts on salad (3 almonds, 5 walnuts, 5 pecans)
-big glass of ice water
Dessert
-10 pieces of watermelon
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt with 1 packet of truvia
- 1/2 cup thawed frozen fruit from the freezer
-sleepy tea
