Here is the menu for today! Breakfast is super fast and simple to get you started and lunch is a bit bigger, and if you have to you can get it at Wawa:
Breakfast
-Grapefruit
-Almonds and walnuts (one handful)
-1 teaspoon Chia seeds mixed with 1 cup Greek yogurt + 1 packet of truvia
Snack (11am)
-2 hardboiled eggs
-1 tablespoon hummus
-broccoli and carrots/celery
-4 red/orange peppers
Lunch (12:30-1:30pm)
-Garden salad (from Wawa or from home)
-1 can tuna OR 4 hardboiled eggs
-10 cherry tomatoes
-cucumbers
-broccoli
-1 tablespoon hummus
-red / orange peppers
Snack
-1 blender bottle syntrax shake
-celery and carrots
-10 cherry tomatoes
-grapefruit or orange
-6 almonds
Dinner
-Grilled chicken or salmon
-1/4 cup Bianca's rice
-steamed broccoli (1 cup)
-salad with tomatoes, cucumber, and balsamic vinegar
Dessert
-10 pieces of watermelon
