Sunday Menu!

Hey dad! Hope you enjoyed the Seinfeld show!!! I can't wait to hear about what you thought!

Here is the menu for today -- breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, dessert!

Breakfast (8-9am)
-1/2 Grapefruit (hopefully you got some at Costco!?) if not - an orange
-6 almonds, 6 walnuts, 6 pecans (a handful, basically)
-3/4 cup eggwhites in the microwave with some mushrooms and spinach, red or green peppers, and broccoli
-coffee
-green tea


Snack (11am)
-NECTAR syntrax shake in blender bottle
-1 cup broccoli
-10 cherry tomatos
-6 almonds
-1/2 grapefruit


Lunch (1:30pm)
-turkey slices w/ mustard on 2 slices of 40 calorie bread OR 1 can tuna w/ mustard and bread
-add lettuce and tomato to sandwich if desired
-1/4 cup vegan rice Bianca made for dinner two nights ago
-1 tablespoon hummus
-celery sticks & carrots
-water
-green tea or coffee

Snack (3-4pm)
-1 cup Greek yogurt
-6 almonds/walnuts
-1 tablespoon chia seeds
-1 truvia packet
-celery sticks & carrots
-green tea


GO IN THE POOL and do 20 laps! :)

Dinner  (6:30-7:30pm)
-Plain grilled chicken or salmon (the size of a deck of cards)
-Season with pepper & Stubbs BBQ sauce if you want
-1/4 cup of the vegan rice Bianca made
-steamed broccoli
-garden salad with tomato, red / green peppers, mushrooms, cucumbers
-rapsberry lowfat vinaigrette or balsamic vinegar for dressing
-water
-unsweetened decaf green tea, let cool then add ice, and mix in 1-2 packets of truvia - iced green tea!


Dessert  (9pm)
-1/4 cup watermelon (about 8-10 small cubes)
-1 cup greek yogurt with 1 packet of truvia
-1/2 tablespoon of chia seeds mixed in
-sprinkle in cinnamon too if you'd like!
-water
-sleepy tea
